Are all the items authentic?
Yes, each item is meticulously authenticated by our team before listing. We guarantee authenticity for every piece we sell. Typically, we have one or two authentications for each item. We can supply an Entropy certificate upon request for a nominal fee.
What condition are the bags and accessories in?
We only offer items in excellent, like-new, or brand-new condition. Each product is carefully curated to meet our high standards. We will only source from New, A or AB grade products.
Can I return an item if it’s not as described?
Absolutely. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your item doesn’t match the description, please contact us for a return. Please see our return policy for more details.
Where do you source inventory?
We work with a variety of wholesalers all over the world. Our inventory is sourced from France, Italy, Japan and the U.S. We are constantly acquiring new pieces and add new items weekly!
We aim to process and ship all orders safely as possible. Delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor its progress.
