What condition are the items in?
We only offer items in excellent, like-new, or brand-new condition. Each product is carefully curated to meet our high standards. We will only source from New, A or AB grade products.
Can I return an item if it’s not as described?
Absolutely. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your item doesn’t match the description, please contact us for a return. See our return policy for more details.
Where do you source inventory?
We work with a variety of wholesalers all over the world. Our inventory is sourced from France, Italy, Japan and the U.S. We are constantly acquiring new pieces and add new items weekly!
How long does shipping take?
We process and ship all orders withing one business day, unless they are from our Paris warehouse. Items from Paris will ship out within 10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will get tracking details so you can check its progress. Please view our shipping policy below for more details.
