Standard Shipping — UPS Ground: $15.00 USD flat rate. Includes tracking and insurance. Any applicable free standard shipping eligibility is shown at checkout.

Express Shipping — UPS 2nd Day Air: $35.00 USD flat rate per order, plus applicable tax. Available to eligible street addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Express is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Canada, or Australia. Enter your full shipping address at checkout to see available methods. Express is an optional upgrade.

Flat Rate Shipping: $25.00 USD. All shipments to Canada are sent via UPS Ground and include tracking and insurance.

Processing & Delivery

Order Processing:

For U.S. orders, orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (America/Chicago), Monday–Friday, are scheduled to ship the same business day. Orders placed at or after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on UPS holidays are scheduled to ship the next business day. Business days exclude weekends and UPS holidays. Special UPS holiday pickup restrictions may also delay dispatch. Canada and Australia orders continue to be processed and shipped on or before the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Transit Times:

For eligible domestic U.S. destinations, UPS Ground is estimated at 1–5 business days in transit after dispatch, and UPS 2nd Day Air is estimated at 2 business days in transit after dispatch. Transit time does not include order processing or the cutoff adjustment. Weekends and UPS holidays are excluded from these estimates. Estimated arrival dates, when shown in your cart or at checkout, are estimates and are not guaranteed; weather, carrier disruptions, and holiday schedules may cause delays. International transit times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Signature Requirement

For security, all orders with a subtotal of $500 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to the United States, Canada and Australia. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Damages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact hello@barbeedreamhouse.com as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the item and packaging are helpful where available. The 48-hour request is a recommendation to help us investigate promptly; it is not a deadline that limits our authenticity assurance or statutory rights or remedies.

For returns due to damaged, defective, incorrect, misdescribed, or inauthentic items, we cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid return label. The Express option applies when offered and selected at checkout. Orders already placed retain the shipping service and charges confirmed at purchase.

Return-policy clarifications effective October 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Changes to this policy apply only to orders placed on or after the stated effective date and time. Orders placed earlier remain subject to the policy disclosed when the order was placed. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights or remedies under applicable law.
