Return Policy
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item. You must do so within 7 days of the delivery date. The refund will be given to your original payment method.
To qualify for a return:
- Request within 7 days of delivery.
- Include the Pink Barbee Dreamhouse Plastic security tag
- Item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Returned items must include all original tags, pink Barbee Dreamhouse security tag, protective packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and accessories.
Important Exceptions:
- Used or Altered Items: We cannot accept returns for any item showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original components.
- We cannot accept a return with the Pink Barbee Dreamhouse Plastic security tag removed.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Please contact us at hello@barbeedreamhouse.com within the 7-day window to request a Return Authorization Number.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for securely packaging and shipping your return.
- Returned items must be shipped with insurance equal to the amount of the initial order.
- Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days.
Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
