Return Policy
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item. You must do so within 14 days of the delivery date. The refund will be given to your original payment method.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Be in the same, unused, and pristine condition in which it was received.
- Include all original tags, protective packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and accessories.
- Do Not Remove the Pink Plastic Tab unless you are certain you will not be returning. The Pink Plastic Tab MUST be attached for all returns.
Important Exceptions:
- Final Sale Items: All items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Personalized or Monogrammed Items: Any bag altered at your request (e.g., with initials or special hardware) cannot be returned.
- Used or Altered Items: We cannot accept returns for any item showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original components.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Please contact our customer service team at hello@barbeedreamhouse.com within the 14-day window to request a Return Authorization.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for securely packaging and shipping your return.
- Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
