Return Policy
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your full-price item within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Be in the same, unused, and pristine condition in which it was received.
- Include all original tags*, protective packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and accessories.
- Do Not Remove the Pink Plastic Tab unless you are certain you will not be returning. The Pink Plastic Tab MUST be attached for all returns.
Important Exceptions:
- Final Sale Items: All items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Personalized or Monogrammed Items: Any bag altered at your request (e.g., with initials or special hardware) cannot be returned.
- Used or Altered Items: We cannot accept returns for any item showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original components.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Please contact our customer service team at hello@barbeedreamhouse.com within the 14-day window to request a Return Authorization.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for securely packaging and shipping your return. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
- Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
