Return Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item. You must do so within 7 days of the delivery date. The refund will be given to your original payment method.

To qualify for a return:

• Request within 7 days of delivery.
• Include the Pink Barbee Dreamhouse Plastic security tag
• Item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
• Returned items must include all original tags, pink Barbee Dreamhouse security tag, protective packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and accessories.

Important Exceptions:

• Used or Altered Items: We cannot accept returns for any item showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original components.
• We cannot accept a return with the Pink Barbee Dreamhouse Plastic security tag removed.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Please contact us at hello@barbeedreamhouse.com within the 7-day window to request a Return Authorization Number.
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for securely packaging and shipping your return.
3. Returned items must be shipped with insurance equal to the amount of the initial order.
4. Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
