At Barbee Dreamhouse Resale, we believe luxury is only as good as its legacy. We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods. To ensure your investment is protected, we stand behind every item with our 100% Authenticity Promise. We utilize a multi-layered approach to ensure accuracy.
Our Multi-Step Verification
Every item in our collection undergoes a rigorous inspection process before it is listed for sale:
- First Review: We verify the documents and items details provided by our elite wholesale partners.
- Physical Inspection: Our team inspects the “DNA” of the item—including leather quality, stitching patterns, hardware weight, and logo stamps.
- Expert Authentication: We utilize LegitApp, CheckCheck and Real Authentication to provide an additional layer of objective, expert verification.
Your Money-Back Assurance
If an item purchased from Barbee Dreamhouse is ever proven inauthentic by a recognized third-party authority, we will:
- Issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
- Reimburse the cost of authentication when you provide a copy of the receipt and authentication certificate.
- Provide a prepaid return label for the item.
Please keep the pink Barbee Dreamhouse security tag attached while inspecting your purchase. The attached, untampered security-tag and original-condition requirements apply to voluntary change-of-mind returns. They do not limit this authenticity assurance or statutory rights and remedies. The seven-day change-of-mind request window does not limit this assurance. Contact hello@barbeedreamhouse.com with any authenticity concern, even if more than seven days have passed or the tag has been removed. See our Return Policy for the return process.
