Designed by Françoise de La Perrière, the Bouclerie d’Attelage motif was originally created in 1978 at the request of Robert Dumas. Its precisely arranged harness buckles were inspired by historic pieces preserved in the Émile Hermès collection, paying tribute to the maison’s beginnings as a Parisian harness-making workshop.
