About Us
Erica Barbee, MBA, Realtor®
Erica Barbee, originally from New Jersey, has lived in Katy, TX for the past 20 years and made it her home. This has allowed her to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses, non-profits and community organizations. She became a licensed Texas Realtor® in 2024.
“Katy, Texas welcomed me 20 years ago with open arms, it is a caring and diverse community which is why I decided to build my life here.” Erica has four homes in the Katy/Houston area and has three children, all who attended Katy ISD schools. Her experience living and working in her community gives her the firsthand knowledge to help others find their dream home.
Erica’s experience hasn’t always been in real estate. She spent 20 years as a Relationship Manager for Fiserv, the world’s largest global financial technology company. Working with established Texas Corporations such as H-E-B and Fiesta, she has built relationships with Texans all across the state. It is only natural that Erica was able to combine her relationship management experience to develop a successful real estate business.
David Barbee,JD, MBA, SHRM-SCP
David Barbee, a native Houstonian, is a licensed attorney, a trained insurance specialist, and a certified senior human resources professional. David has a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Geology from SMU and a Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
David began his professional career as an Attorney working with public and private sector transactional practice. David left the law firm and moved into work at various public companies. He was recruited into private equity markets in 2007 where manages legal and administrative services, including commercial real estate transactions. He is involved in mergers and acquisitions, contract review, and other corporate matters.
David’s father is a land and title attorney who owned the family’s title company business from 1997 until he retired in 2021.
